Vision & Mission
Polasara name is said to be derived from “Palli Sara” or “Phula Sara”. It is one of the developing towns of Ganjam district of Odisha state with a population of 23130 (2011 Census). Its Notified Area Council was established in 1972. With over 20 education institutions, this town offers a great quality of minor, upper and higher education. Polasara is mainly famous for Sinhasani Temple (25 Kms.), Danda Yatra, Thakurani Yatra & Dhanei River etc.
